#3 Configuration manager load always uses new component request

Loading a configuration using the component manager
currently gives no option to re-use the previous request
GUID, and therefore the new component has a different
GUID. Therefore the graph editor state doesn't match
with it, and so any saved graph editor state is useless.
There should probably be a simple option (like the
original simple load) to blat existing dataspace requests
and reload exactly as was.
