#1 provide option to set width

Currently the equake plugin for Xfce will always take the width of the Location string, e.g.:

Location: 115km SE of Visokoi Island, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands

These strings are always of random length, and sometimes very long. This can make, for instance, equake push other items out of the visible panel for lack of space on that panel.

To avoid such issues, please provide an option to 'set width', which would allow equake to always have a predictable width on the panel and when that width is insufficient to display the entire string, it could truncate and use an ellipsis.

Thanks for the request. That can be a useful feature and I will look into incorporating it into the next release.
