#81 1 npc bug

Hi there

The bug is on the:-

[0.7.0]YAK (1090-Bot/Semi-Legit) server.

1) The priest of discord in PoK has been causing problems, if you say to him 'I wish to go' he should port you to Draniks Scar ... he has been partially fixed by the GM on the server and the PoD does try and port you. Only problem is that I get the message ' you are not yet experienced enough to pass through an inter-planar portal' ... only thing is there is no pre quest only a level cap of around 60... Im 68 and he still will not port me to DS. I think the NPC can not recognise the requirements needed from a player to initiate a successful port. Hope you can help thanks for your time.
