#63 Money and food replenish after zoning

While in a zone, you will use up food and drink
properly and when you buy items off a vendor your money
will be deducted from your inventory. However, once you
zone any money, or food/drink that was used up
previously will be replenished. Food/drink stacks that
were used up do return, unless of course you put
another item in the slot where it was found. Every
other item that is stackable that I tried did not
exhibit this behaviour (eg. arrows, throwing weapons,
bandages, and bone chips all worked properly)

Fixed money replenishment. Was actually that 0 money was
being deducted on the server.

Still investigating the food/drink issue.
