#39 Vanishing hair

When I set up my hair on my wood elf ranger, it's fine
until I zone, then the hair goes away and my character
is bald until I reset the hair in the client interface.
The odd thing is that if I camp, I can see the correct
hair settings for the character in the character select
screen.

Haven't tried changing the hair on any of the other
characters I created, so I don't know if it's generally
applicable or just happens to them.
