#35 No XP from light blue cons at some levels

I've noticed that at some levels I don't get XP from
light blue cons. At level 30 my SK was in Mistmoore and
killing a light blue gave no XP, whereas at level 10 in
Crushbone my Ranger did get XP from light blues. I
presume the server and client differ in their opinion
of what's a light blue and what's a green at some levels.
