Just to to let everyone know, lonecamper's 0.1.7 port has been posted.

lonecamper's release notes are below:

*Notes:* This is the general *nix port of the windows EQEmu 0.1.7. The 
only changes that have been made were to allow it to compile and execute 
under *nix systems. As such, some features designed for the windows 
version may not work as intended.
