Each source file header indicates a license corresponding to SPDX GPL-2.0-or-later, but the included COPYING file has the text of the GPLv3 instead of the text of the GPLv2. Can you please clarify whether the entire source is intended to be GPL-2.0-or-later, or if some portion is intended to be GPL-3.0-only or GPL-3.0-or-later instead?
