[Epydoc-devel] New release: 3.0 alpha 3

The third alpha of epydoc 3.0 adds a large number of bug fixes, along 
with several minor improvements.   For those who haven't tried epydoc 
3.0, it includes a large number of improvements over epydoc 2.1, 
including support for both source parsing & introspection; docstrings 
for variables; graphs & diagram generation; and syntax highlighted
