It can; use the "-include-log" option. The log will be linked from the timestamp (which says "Generated by Epydoc ..." at the bottom of each page. E.g., here's the log output for running epydoc on itself:

I tried the 'include-log: yes' option before submitting, and it didn't seem to work. The "Generated by epydoc 3.0.1 at <some time-stamp>" didn't (and still doesn't) look like a link to the log to me (I took it for a link to the epydoc web-site instead).
The main reason may be that I was looking for a link somewhere in the main navigation structure, like [Trees|Inidices|Log|Help] or [Identifiers|To do|Log|Deprecations] (and instead of 'Log' i'd be ok with 'Errors' too, since I was loking for those).
Please interpret this issue as a request to add a link to the log in the main navigation structure.
