#68 integration into distutils / setuputils

It would be extremely convenient to have a epydoc command to use as part of the build process. I use setuptools (which is an extension of distutils). I do my unit testing as part of the build, and it handles my packaging. I would love to have an epydoc command and a epycheck command. I haven't found anything suitable on the web.
