#103 Add options to ommit inheritance information

For programming beginners even the modest inheritance information included in default HTML pages are a bit irritating if they haven't heard of inheritance. So please add an option --graph none for ommiting even the text style inheritance hierarchy and --inheritance silent for not mentioning from which class a method was inherited.
