The list of consolidated fields whose bodies may be specified by a
definition list in restructuredtext docformat is missing 'except'. Thus,
in restructuredtext mode, it is necessary to use the list format to
document the exceptions raised by a function.
Add 'except' to
CONSOLIDATED_DEFLIST_FIELDS.
