Source code now on GitHub

As warned about on the Git man pages, it is very difficult to use Git branches and also use SVN, via git svn rebase and git svn dcommit. I tried to do so, but now get an error I can't resolve. Therefore, I have disabled the SVN repository here; the code can be found at GitHub:

If you have Git, feel free to clone this and play with it. I will still maintain the screenshots, wiki, and releases here at SourceForge.net.
