Specifying a different cert with RTK

    I assume that the test cert we have been using for the OT&E environment will not work for the live environment.  I was told that the same cert that I use for my production RRP connectivity to Verisign (for COM, NET & ORG) will work.
     
    How to I direct the RTK to use this cert?  It is a file with a .cer extension.

      well, presumably there's a private RSA key that goes along with that cert.  View the files... if you see "BEGIN" and "END" text markers, then the files are in PEM format.  If the files are binary, then they are probably in DER format.  Take a look at the java/ssl directory in the Java RTK for information on creating a Java keystore.  Also take a look at the epp-rtk-devel mailing list archives because it's been a topic of conversation recently.  Join the list if you're having any problems.  It's likely that other members have run into the same problems that you are experiencing.
