this fell out of many on the conversion to xwiki, which
was never completed ... or something.

    All pages in the EpiDoc Guidelines (transcription and supporting data sections, at least) include links to both TEI element definitions and the EpiDoc ODD customization (if any) of the same elements. We should also add links to the TEI Guidelines prose that discuss in more detail the features discussed in each EpiDoc page.

    Links would look something like:
    <listRef>
    <ptr target="http://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/html/PH.html#PHOM"/>
    </listRef>
    (in the paragraph at the top of the GL page right after the specList.)
