#171 Improve Verse Lines page in GL
Needs clarification about which type of line is being discussed at different points. Easy to fix by specifying the element name <l> or <lb>. Need to go through and add these where needed.
The second paragraph
"Within the verse lines, however, the start of each line of text on the support still needs..." Should read "Along with verse lines..." because <lb> isn't required to appear within the <l>. Best to add a sentence that explains why it makes sense to do that, although it's ok to have <lb> in between lines as long as there is consistency. Reasons are
1. necessity, as a metrical line may appear over two physical lines
2. ease of processing, as it's often easier to handle a milestone type element when it is contained within a predictable element, lowest level element.
