#147 page on EpiDoc and Linked Data

During Linked Past Epigraphic Ontology Activity an idea was raised to help users of EpiDoc to understand what they can do with linked data. The Guidelines already have a page about external vocabularies. A page could be added to the Guidelines which details known ways to produce and eventually expose RDF from EpiDoc. This will include for example
- links to EFES RDF use and XSLT transformations,
- link and brief introduction to the Epigraphic Ontology once published on epigraphy.info,
- link to the the page on the EAGLE Vocabularies and how to use them in an EpiDoc based project
- link to Zenodo IDEA Community for storing EpiDoc Datasets
