This ticket is the continuation of [features:#84] and refers only to the addition in the interface of a menu on each page that allows navigation to the main parts of the site, as they are defined on the main page of the GL.

    If we want to add a [Home] button near the main title of a page, his requires figuring out how the over-ride of the TEI stylesheets works.
    It's not possible as far as I can tell, to add a link around the Epidoc logo with CSS
    It may be possible to kludge the currently hidden <h1 class="subtitle"> element, which already has a link to the index. That sounds awkward.
