#188 broken link to EpiDoc template

The link in the new EpiDoc Guidelines on the page https://epidoc.stoa.org/gl/latest/supp-structure.html that used to point to the EpiDoc Template at https://epidoc.stoa.org/gl/latest/ex-epidoctemplate.xml?format=raw is now broken. I'm not sure that link was ever where the template lived (the ?format suffix suggests it should have been pointing to SVN, perhaps to https://sourceforge.net/p/epidoc/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/guidelines/xml/ex-epidoctemplate.xml?format=raw ).

Has something become broken in the new GL process? Or did the upload of a copy of the template to the GLs folder fail to happen? Or?

It was a relative link. I've re-pointed it to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/EpiDoc/Source/main/guidelines/xml/ex-epidoctemplate.xml. Going forward, the right solution may be to make sure the template gets copied alongside the HTML.
