#159 Display of apices in Latin loses underdot for unclear
In html-teihi.xsl, the template at lines 20-27 transforms characters tagged as <hi rend="apex"> from plain vowels to vowels with acute accent. This is a simple fix, that only works for Latin, and (because it uses <xsl:value-of> it loses any internal markup (e.g. underdot for <unclear>, square brackets, etc.). This needs to be improved and tested.
