#137 Guidelines schema complains about sch and rng namespaces in EpiDoc ODD

When validating the EpiDoc Guidelines process (i.e. starting from diver.xml) against the epidoc.nvdl schema, it complains that in 9 places (all in tei-epidoc.xml)

These elements and namespaces are of course legal in a TEI ODD, so our schema should be able to handle them...
