#114 epidoc.nvdl does not support event or listEvent

within provenance -> history, http://www.stoa.org/epidoc/schema/latest/tei-epidoc.rng permits <listEvent><event> ... but in the guidelines, sub <egXML> these tags cannot be used (either alone or within history). The guidelines files reference, for schema in Oxygen, ../schema/epidoc.nvdl . See example guidelines file below (not checked in because does not validate).
