#5 Work on pvget work should be divided into two priority steps

Short term, iron out connection and just produce Strings from whatever you
get. Longer term, figure out type, and return and actually useful
type.

21-Oct-2011: GW: I think now we have the concept of normative types, the "figuring out type" part is much
easier. We will have all we need I think If a command line pvget just toStringed() any fundamental type, and
then printed appropriate text in appropriate form for each Normative Type. Eg, For NTTable, printed a column wise table;
for NTImage, spawned an png viewer, etc.
