#9 int support in pvData Helper

The Helper routines in pvdata / util / pvDataHelper / GetHelper.java support
a number of types but support for int is missing. This looks like a simple omission, it probably was not important at the time of creation. However, certain services return int data (e.g. Archive Service, timestamp nanosec part) and having int support would really help a lot (in Matlab.)

Hi Greg,

do these emails get logged in the bugtracker? If not, then Matej did not
get the message.
I could add the support, but if you or Matej can do that I would be
happy. Then
it gets properly done.
Do we want still add this to the release? Would be my preference, although
I know it is late.
