Nowadays, most servers running pvaSrv/IOC or middle layer services have multiple network interfaces.

The pvAccess server should be able to bind to a configurable subset of the existing network interfaces. The minimal reasonable configuration would be a list of entries of the form

 <IPaddress>[:<port>]
