#18 Invalid pvget causes IOC segfault.

Experimenting with a ("soft") IOC and pvaSrv, release 4.3.0.
If I make a pvget that I should not make, like:

pvget -r "field(adel)" SINXB01A1-DBPM015:X

the IOC segfaults.

Clearly adel is not something that pvaSrv supports right now but a bad request like this should not crash the IOC.

I can recreate and confirm this behavior.

Any illegal structure element crashes the IOC.

Bug was showing when pvRequest was not empty and contained no valid field name.
    Fixed in [c6af0b].
