#91 Fix micro-benchmarking incompatibility with vxWorks compilation

Presently (4.3.0) at V4 build time, vxWorks cross-compiles succeed only if micro-benchmarking is not included. This AI is to correct this incompatibility: ideally fix micro-benchmarking for vxWorks compiles, or if that will be too hard, remove micro-benchmarking from vxWorks source.

Target is clean compile of vxWorks source against the vxWorks target version to be decided by AI 90.
