Only pvaSrv uses pvIOCCPP in R4.3.
When pvaSrv removes the dependency pvIOCCPP should be made empty (so as to preserve history), or actually deleted.

Sorry to be obvious:
pvaSrv can remove the dependency to pvIOCCPP as soon as all functionality it depends on has been moved out of pvIOCCPP.

Reassigning the ticket to Matej, as his first step will be moving the necessary base classes from pvIOCCPP/pvDatabaseCPP into pvAccessCPP.

Please reassign to me when things are ready for pvaSrv to switch over.
