I cant get epiafb to work with my EPIA 800. Instructions tell me to insmod fbgen.o, and i cannot find it.
However i can ues tvout, but i only get black/white color on my TV set.
Third, i've look through the code to tvout, and i figured out most of it, but were does the port 5000 appear elsewher??? i cannot se it when i 'cat /proc/ioports'. I guess this is the I2C/SMB port on the vt1621 chip.

Sounds like it could be set to PAL on NTSC or NTSC on PAL... Try using tvout to set it.
(I could always be wrong... Has been known...)

Sounds like it could be set to PAL on NTSC or NTSC on PAL... Try using tvout to set it.
(I could always be wrong... Has been known...)
