Fixed EPESI version 1.6.2 released

We had to release a new package due to issues with birthday applet.

If you've already updated your installation to 1.6.2, then you can use Update EPESI option in /admin panel or just extract files from archive. No patches are applied, no significant changes - pretty safe operation.
All other than 1.6.2 installations - please refer previous news and perform standard update process - with backup, etc.
