Hi, by chance i saw this project, and i dusted off my old epcam pd1001.
I tried to build the module on both ubuntu 18.04 (kernel 4.18.0-21-generic) and debian 10 (kernel 4.19.0-13-amd64) and the build and installation of the module has bee successful in both cases.
Unfortunately the webcam is not recognized. In fact, in both cases on the file /var/log/kern.log
reports these lines:

Jan 15 09:58:44 hosta kernel: [8749.117006] usb 2-5: new full-speed USB device number 29 using xhci_hcd

Any help is appreciated.
Bye
