Internationalization

As usual in GTK projects, the gettext package is used to manage internationalization.

Not many messages are to be translated, only those for a few controls in the interface, and a few of tips over some of them, summing up around 30 messages.

Main support is given to Portuguese, as it's the first developer's native language, from Brazil. Also Esperanto is available, glad to meet you.
