Let's call a message/method name, as it appears in an E
program, a verb. Let's call a (verb "/" arity) string,
used for various purposes within the E-on-Java
implementation, an mverb, for "mangled verb".

There are a few places in the E-on-Java implementation
where we check if we have a verb or an mverb by testing
if it contains a "/". This breaks when the E program
itself uses a verb that contains a "/". To be correct,
the E-on-Java implementation must always keep all uses
of verbs and mverbs distinct, as if they were two
incompatible types.
