#3 New grey rock tiles (mostly cracked)

Here are new grey rock (jail) tiles. They are mostly
cracked tiles. New characters should be added in the
python scripts to support them (they should be placed
manualy in order to look good, randomly using them
would look horrible).

This should look like the rocks are old and have been
under water for a long time.
