Seems to be a problem with the documentation link. Can't view/download file.
Looks like this when I hit the link:

Only text or html is allowed as a submission to the documentation. The original chapter was in MSWord format. Converting it to html and cutting & pasting did not word, hence your error. I have now put up the chapter as an unformatted text file, I will work in introducing some html formatting. Until then I will put the original chapter in the download section.
