There hasn't been much activity on this project lately, I was just curious if people are still working on this thing? Also, is the parallelized version of EO still being developed? I agree with the great programming post too. Dynamite programming!

As far as I know things are kind of quiet simply because, in contrast with the version numbering, the core code base is solid and functional. The code base is used by quite a number of people, both in industry and in education. As such we're doing allright. There's still the push to a true 1.0 version that is needed (+GP support), but it seems not many have the time to pursue this. I'm sure I don't.
So bottom line. We're still here for support and fixing bugs, but not much more. Don't know much about the parallelized version though. If anyone is interested in extending/fixing things, I'm sure there'll be lots of help for that someone.
