#5 interactive configuration

We need some kind of interactive
install/configuration--there is tons of stuff that has
to be customize upon install for the thing to even work
at all. We should make a web-based tool for setting all
this stuff up, like the way phpgroupware has it. They
have a pretty nice install flow.
