This is for Enzyme itself, the student profile mgmt system.

The idea is to give users as much control as possible over who views their
profiles. This could happen in several levels.

Employers sign up in the system, requesting access to people's profiles.
As a user you should have the following options:

- Don't give anyone access to my profile unless I explicitly authorize it. In
this case, the user would have to be notified somehow, then they would
come to the site, view the employer account information and then
approve or deny.

- Give everyone access. Straightforward: employers have immediate
access without having to be explicitly approved.

- Some sort of community access approval system. Employer submits the
request for access, then people rate them, comment, and vote on whether
they deserve access. Then the individual can say "Give access to those
employers who meet a certain community approval threshold."

Then the other angle is to control information depth within the profile.
For instance, make profile accessible, but with no name or contact
information. Or only a basic summary available, until further access is
approved.
