#5 UserProfile Editor buttons

The UserProfile Editor does not follow the same design
philosophy as the rest of the EnyWare UI's. The toolbar
buttons do not grey/ungrey like the rest of the system
and the save and cancel actions are slightly different
under the covers. This should be standardized.
