#4 When OpenJMS is in an errored state EnyWare does not exit.

Found this bug when the OpenJMS server had not
started up correctly. Basically, it accepted a connect
from EnyWare and then hung. The hang was not sensed
by EnyWare and the Admin Console continued to wait
for a return from the OpenJMS server. The program had
to be forceably terminated. Pressing the Cancel button
on the progress launch bar didn't kill the program either.
