#13 EnyWareConfig.ini install bug

The installation of EnyWare is configured to have the
dbpassword field in the INI and configs to be encrypted.
However, the EnyWareConfig.ini file does not have a ^ in
front of the dbpassword field and it is not spelled out to
encrypt the value when installing.
