Upon unpacking of the distribution and uploading via FTP from windows clients some directories (notably some language directories) do not get uploaded because a few directories have a subdirectory named as a backslash. I am uncertain as to why it was packaged this way but it causes a lot of grief to our windows challenged friends when they upload to their servers via FTP install the CMS only to find out they can't access a few important features. Most windows FTP clients will refuse to transfer directories titled as a backslash so any other contents included in those directories do not get transferred either. This produces a long string of support requests wondering why installation worked but they cannot access other functions. At any rate we will correct this in the next release so please be sure to audit any code or language definitions you may be working on an make sure you don't have any improper directory names.
