Along with the idea of utility modules.

What about hooks?  to be used to access them??  i dunno..
I can say that i know PN IS working on an improved hooks
implementation (i dont know all the details)  but hooks was always meant
to be the 'glue' that allowed modules to call 'utility modules'

I do not speak of the pn hooks as a 'envo must take theirs' or
anything but only maybe see how they may be doing it.. or something..
envo is still similar to pn.. IF they are doing something envo and PN
people could work together to maybe solve a problem?  who knows
