I am doing some install testing to try to make module setup Hopefully
easier.. It would also in time allow for hopefully easier MultiSite
setups though i have not done any coding for that.  The module
installer would be useful for envo and pn as both projects share
similar modules...

I will defiantly be looking into more MultiSite config things in the
furure as i know a lot of people have trouble seting that up.  Their
are some nice multisite install hack scripts around though that help.

 right now what im doing is very beta and nothing to show as its more
 experimenting with ideas of How to install thing better.. once i get
 something more solid i will be releasing a possible new installer
 application for all projects to use...
