Hi Stefan, In 2002 four people got together and forked PostNuke and created project we call Envolution. Founders summarized their vision into a roadmap you are referring to. Remember, this is not your vision (with all due respect), not Eric's vision, and not my vision. We may agree or disagree with it, full freedom of choice. Also, until new vision is developed and presented to the community, the old one stands, whether you like it or not. Now, if you disagree with Envolution vision, you are free to do the same thing four Envolution founders did in 2002, namely fork. Now, there are only four people that can change the roadmap. If they decide to do so, the community is free to choose whether to accept new vision or find another vision (project). Again, full freedom of choice. From your comments, it appears to me that you are not sure how all the hard work you did will be viewed by new Project Manager. Well, if that work does not conflict with the roadmap, there is absolutely nothing to worry about! If your work goes beyond the roadmap WITHOUT conflicting with it, then there is nothing to worry about again! From Eric's comments it is clear that all he would like to do is follow the roadmap. No more, no less. Best Regards ak |
