[Envolution-devel] ENISS Standard: Download Structure

I would like to make the suggestion, that we change our download
categories on ENISS sites. Now it looks like a developer would like to
see it, alphas, betas, certifieds tec.. A user possibly would like to
see:

eNvolution core
- actual
- fixes
- historic

Modules
- eNvo certified
- Third party
- translations
- experimentals
- fixes

Blocks
- eNvo certified
- several categories like calendar, news and file functions

Themes
- eNvo certified
- several categorie, maybe for commercial use and shoot and fire etc.

Documentation
- Admin
- User

The rest
