I also found another problem
If I chmod config/env-config.php to 666 the installation script gives me the 
ok, but when I follow the installation the script also has to modify 
config.php in root directory (Step 8 to 9 in installation). So the script 
should check both config.php, the one in config directory and the one in root 
directory, shouldn't it?
