[Envolution-devel] config.php is not writeable???

During install one of the errors I have, and as many other users said in 
forums is that config.php is writeable but I get the error. If I'm not wrong 
the file that should be writeable is env-config isn't it?
Shouldn't the isntall script say that:

Error! env-config is not writeable. Are you sure it's 666
