I made a quick local test using win2000:

1. Installation - ok

2. Admin page error, the Rating module images folder and admin.png was not 
found. It is also the same with ew_filemanager and subjects.

3. Subjects & ew_filemanager great :), the upload file in filemanager error 
and the edit function use the rte. I think it is better not to use rte for 
filemanager, so we can edit any files with htm, txt or php ext.

5. rte is working better now. Since rte table use the tbody tag, its should 
be allowed in setting page

I'll test later on, in redhat linux and win xp
